Practice English Every Day - EP4: 150 Real-Life English Conversations for Everyday Practice

This time, we're going bigger. EP4 brings you 150 conversation pairs across 15 brand-new topics. That's 50% more than EP2 and EP3, and every single phrase is something you could use in a real conversation today.

What Makes EP4 Different?

More topics. More phrases. More variety. While the previous episodes laid the foundation, EP4 dives deeper into the situations that fill your everyday life — from family dinners to office meetings, from stuck-in-traffic moments to late-night phone calls.

Here's a preview:

A: Do you take after your mom or your dad?
B: Everyone says I look like my mom but act like my dad.

A: I've been overthinking this way too much.
B: Analysis paralysis! Sometimes done is better than perfect.

A: Where did you get that jacket?
B: I found it at a thrift store for ten bucks! Can you believe it?

A: If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?
B: Stop worrying so much. Most of the things you stress about never actually happen.

Real conversations. Real language. No textbook fluff.

"Analysis paralysis!" — when you overthink and can't decide.

"Roll with it." — accept the situation and adapt.

"Tough times don't last, but tough people do." — a powerful way to encourage someone.

How to Practice 150 Conversations

With 150 phrases, you'll want a smart approach. Here's what works:

Day 1 — Listen to all 150. Don't stop, don't repeat. Just let your brain absorb the rhythm and flow.

Day 2 — Focus on topics 1–5. Repeat after Person B. Pay attention to how each response sounds, not just what it says.

Day 3 — Focus on topics 6–10. Same method. Speak out loud every time.

Day 4 — Focus on topics 11–15. By now, some phrases will already feel familiar.

Day 5 — Full run-through. Play the whole video and try to respond before Person B does. This is where real progress happens.

Bonus — Teach someone. Pick your 10 favorite phrases and teach them to a friend. When you can explain it, you truly know it.

The Series So Far

If you've been following since EP1, you now have an incredible library of everyday English:

EP1 — Common responses in daily conversations

EP2 — 100 daily conversation phrases across 10 topics

EP3 — 100 everyday conversations with 10 new topics

EP4 — 150 real-life conversations covering 15 topics

That's hundreds of phrases you can use anytime, anywhere. And we're just getting started.

What's Next?

Every episode builds on the last one. The more you practice, the less you translate in your head — and the more English just flows naturally. That's the goal.

Stay tuned for EP5. It's going to be even bigger.
