Singapore Repatriates Citizens from the Middle East - Class A

Singapore Repatriates Citizens from the Middle East

Singapore plans to send more flights to bring its citizens home from the Middle East. The first flights arrived at Changi Airport on March 5.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that more repatriation flights will leave from Muscat, Oman, on March 7 and 8.

These flights will first help Singaporeans in Oman and the United Arab Emirates. About 60% of citizens who registered with the ministry are currently in these two countries.

The ministry is also working with airlines and local authorities to arrange more flights as airports in the region slowly reopen.
