Police in Tokyo arrested seven men for a large robbery. The suspects are believed to have stolen about 420 million yen in cash. The crime happened in the Ueno District earlier this year.
Police say the group attacked a man in his 40s and used pepper spray before stealing three suitcases full of money. The suspects then ran away.
One of the arrested men is believed to be connected to the Yamaguchi-gumi, a well-known criminal organization in Japan. Police are also investigating whether the robbery is connected to other similar incidents in the area.
